Sprint and Motorola teaming up for an announcement on June 9th

It’s always cool when big wireless companies make a huge announcement, and now two of them are banding together to make a big one on June 9th. HTC EVO 3D Now Available For Pre-order Via Sprint

That’s right! The HTC EVO 3D is currently available for pre-order via Sprint. All you have to do is visit a Sprint-owned retail outlet, purchase a $50 gift-card and you will be on the list with the phone reserved to your name. Known as HTC’s first 3D smartphone, the EVO 3D features a qHD (960 x 540 pixels) display, a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, the Google Android 2.3 OS, Sense UI, Wi-Fi, GPS, dual 5MP photo cameras, a 1.3MP front-facing camera, a 1GB RAM and a 4GB of on-board storage space. Too bad, there is no word on pricing or availability at this moment. [Engadget]
